Light, refreshing, spicy
The base of this mix is made of japanese and chinese green teas as well as chinese white tea. They are green Sencha, white Pai Mu Tan, Pine Needle, Lung Ching, green Jasmin, Gunpowder and Chung Lou. It's flavoured with ginger, star anise, raspberry, clove and black pepper. The lightness of the base brings out the other flavours well, such as the fresh raspberry and the brisk ginger.
